As a certified SSI Dive center we welcome all SSI divers. We also welcome PADI and CMAS divers and all other international certifications for scubadiving.

You must be Advanced Open Water as minimum certification to go on liveaboard. This can be completed on the first few days of your trip.

There is a self-certidication for each person to complete. If you answer "Yes" to one of the medical questions you will be asked to have a Dr. signature.

All ScubaNicks divers are covered with our Bangkok Insurance policy No. 72316017218.

ScubaNicks SSI students are also covered by Dive Assure for the duration of the course.

No, rental equipment is not included in the liveaboard costs. You can rent a full set equipment (BCD, regulator, shorty, mask and fins) for ฿ 700 per day.

With over 30 Liveaboard boats available in Phuket, we like to speak directly with our clients to ensure you have both the cabin and boat most suitable to your schedule and budget. You can choose between a private boat or a regular liveaboard.

Transfers are included from Bang Tao, Kalim, Kamala, Patong, Karon, Kata, Rawai, Nai Harn. There are charges for other areas. Please ask for details.

The large boats are equipped with toilets and showers. Best to take swimming costume, towel, dry clothes for after your last dive and sun cream.

A tip for the boat crew would be appreciated and small change for beers. Most boats have beers available at a modest charge (ONLY after last dive).

Sea sick tablets are free and available on board, best to take on joining the boat.

In our low season – Mid-May to mid-October -there could well be large waves. Generally, this is for crossings only. We always dive leeside so the boat is stable in rough conditions.

We dive all year round. Weather conditions are at their best between mid-October to mid-May. Low season we are often have excellent dive conditions. The marine department bans all boats on circa 5-10 days per year.

ScubaNicks also advises clients not to go on perhaps a further 10 days per year. You can always check out WinGuru Phuket or Windy.com.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit card and debit cards for your convenience. You also can pay by bank transfer.

Park fees are paid on the boat on the day of diving. These are payable for
- Phi Phi, Koh Haa 600 thb per day
- Similans, Surin 600 thb per day.

We can recommend some nice hotels close to ScubaNicks. By staying locally, you only have a 10 minutes transfer to dive boats. In addition we are blessed with cool beaches and too many quality restaurants to mention, along with a lively nightlife.

For high end accomodation we recommend The Nai Harn, the Vijit, Sunsiri or Mangosteen resort and spa.

For mid range accomodation we recommend Wyndham Grand Nai Harn, Wyndham Grand Rawai, Rawai Palm Beach Resort, The Navatara and the Title.

For budget accomodation we recommend The Gallery, Rawai Beach Resort, Phu Na Na, Alphabeto, The Idol, Lotus Blue, The Good 9 and Sleep With Me.

Accommodation is limited and ok for short stays.

Preferential rates at 500 THB are given to our clients.

The majority of dive tours leave from Chalong, therefore the closer you are to Chalong pier the less transfer time you have in the morning and evening.

• 1 All divers must sign the liability release agreement and medical form.
• 2 We will provide only authorized dive professionals to guide or teach you.
• 3 Deposits for all trips and courses are required. These are non-refundable.
• 4 ScubaNicks reserves the right to cancel or change dive dates due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather.
• 5 In the event of cancellation by ScubaNicks – a full refund will be given.
• 6 Any dive day cancelled by the client after 18.00 hrs the day before the dive day, a 2,000 Thb charge will be made.
